Insert the Header (Title Bar) first, this determines the width of your whole website. You can adjust the height and width with the parameters. Then add different elements to the project ensuring you keep an eye on the details pane set below the image source.

On the Horizontal Menu you have the option of inserting the bar above or below your Header.
You will notice you have Margins.... these are the gaps basically on each end of the element. For the Menu you can centre align this by adjusting the left hand Margin to suit.

Play around with the Custom Template facility you will be surprised by the effects you can create!!
