Basic Design
Having scrutinised the users model we have arrived at the most common mistakes:
Head Banner:
The title suggests a professional company outlining the commercial aspect!
Images:
The image shows products of domestic useage. Which are used generally by the public.
The Vertical Menu:
The nine buttons are all single pages. (No levels what-so-ever)
Text on the buttons are relevant to the website but the word "cleaning" can be left off as the website title already depicts the subject.
Text again to many words could be limited to one.
We reduced the buttons to just five, incorporating two levels.
The Content:
A greeting we think is important as this is a warm welcome to your visitor, inviting them in to view the pages.
The text is to large the size should be reduced to between 10 - 12.
There is to much information trying to convince the visitor that the website "is" a professional company and not a "Franchise"
Capitals should always be used for important subjects ie: Sub-titles, Towns, Names etc....
Email addresses are vulnerable to spambots and could be quite easily picked up from the webpage.
Background color is to bright and doesn't fit in with the scheme.
Any reference to yourself should be contained on an About page if you intend to include an autobiography.
Finally the use of words:
The word/letter "I" is singular and this could be construed with a one-man-van operation.
"We" on the other hand meaning obviously more than one heading towards a number of personnel.
